Meet The Lendersons

Lexi has more than 25 years in the mortgage industry and has worked across every major part of the business—from Processor and Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) to Deal Desk Coordinator, underwriting support, Branch Manager, and sales leadership roles at CrossCountry Mortgage, Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp., and Skyline Home Loans. This broad experience gives her practical, end-to-end knowledge of the loan process and helps the team anticipate and resolve issues before they become problems.

Chris brings strong analytical skills, with a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and a Master’s in Education, and he approaches every loan like a problem to solve, not a product to sell. His background in both numbers and teaching allows him to break down complex financing options into clear, simple terms so clients always understand their choices. Chris is known for his calm, patient communication style, his attention to detail, and his commitment to keeping each file organized and on track from application through closing.
